Private posts and messages cannot be accessed even by us or third parties because they are always end-to-end encrypted and secure. Public posts are available by anymore on the Internet and are your responsibility. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are available below.

Terms of Service
The following terms and conditions govern all use of the Kaichi.xyz website and all content, services and products available at or through the website and mobile apps, (taken together, the Website). The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, Kaichi’s Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by Kaichi (collectively, the “Agreement”).
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the web site, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by Kaichi, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms. The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 17 years old.
About our services
Minimum Age. You must be at least 17 years old to use our Services. The minimum age to use our Services without parental approval may be higher in your home country.
Account Registration. To create an account you must register for our Services using a Solana wallet, either by providing a digital signature from your own wallet, or by creating a new wallet using our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. IF YOU LOOSE ACCESS TO YOUR SEED PHRASE OR LOOSE ACCESS TO YOUR EXISTING SOLANA WALLET, YOUR KAICHI ACCOUNT WILL BE LOST FOREVER.
Privacy of user data. Kaichi does not sell, rent or monetize your personal data or content in any way – ever.
Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we safeguard the information you provide when using our Services. For the purpose of operating our Services, you agree to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
Software. In order to enable new features and enhanced functionality, you consent to downloading and installing updates to our Services.
Fees and Taxes. You are responsible for data and mobile carrier fees and taxes associated with the devices on which you use our Services.
Using Kaichi
Our Terms and Policies. You must use our Services according to our Terms and posted policies.
Legal and Acceptable Use. You agree to use our Services only for legal and acceptable purposes. You will not use (or assist others in using) our Services in ways that violate or infringe the rights of Kaichi, our users, or others, including privacy, intellectual property, or illegal content.
Harm to Kaichi. You must not (or assist others to) access, use, modify, distribute, transfer, or exploit our Services in unauthorized manners, or in ways that harm Kaichi, our Services, our systems, our our users. For example you must not (a) gain or try to gain unauthorized access to our Services or systems; (b) disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services; (c) create accounts for our Services through unauthorized or automated means; (d) collect information about our users in any unauthorized manner; or (e) sell, rent, or charge for our Services.
Keeping Your Account Secure. Kaichi embraces privacy by design and does not have the ability to access your personal information or private content. You are responsible for keeping your device and your Kaichi account safe and secure. If you lose your seed phrase, your account will be lost forever.
Responsibility of Contributors. If you post material to the Website, post links on the Website, or otherwise make (or allow any third party to make) material available by means of the Website (any such material, “Content”), You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content. That is the case regardless of whether the Content in question constitutes text, graphics, an audio file, or computer software. By making Content available, you represent and warrant that:
the downloading, copying and use of the Content will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark or trade secret rights, of any third party;
if your employer has rights to intellectual property you create, you have either (i) received permission from your employer to post or make available the Content, including but not limited to any software, or (ii) secured from your employer a waiver as to all rights in or to the Content;
you have fully complied with any third-party licenses relating to the Content, and have done all things necessary to successfully pass through to end users any required terms;

your content is not named in a manner that misleads your readers into thinking that you are another person or company;
Third-party services. Our Services may allow you to access, use, or interact with third-party websites, apps, content, and other products and services. When you use third-party services, their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. Examples of these services include Solscan, Phantom wallet, or IPFS.
Your Rights and License with Kaichi
Your Rights. You own the information you submit through our Services. You must have access to the seed phrase of your account or access to the wallet you used to sign up for your Kaichi account.
Kaichi's Rights. We own all copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights associated with our Services. You may not use our copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, patents, and other intellectual property rights unless you have our written permission. To report copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement, please contact abuse@kaichi.xyz.
Kaichi's License to You. Kaichi grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Responsibility of Website Visitors. Kaichi has not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, posted to the Website, and cannot therefore be responsible for that material’s content, use or effects. By operating the Website, Kaichi does not represent or imply that it endorses the material there posted, or that it believes such material to be accurate, useful or non-harmful. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content. The Website may contain content that is offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable, as well as content containing technical inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, and other errors. Availability of Our Services. Our Services may be interrupted, including for maintenance, upgrades, or network or equipment failures. We may discontinue some or all of our Services, including certain features and the support for certain devices and platforms, at any time.
Ending Terms
Ending these Terms. You may end these Terms with Kaichi at any time by deleting the Kaichi App from your device and discontinuing use of our Services. Deleting content or posts from Kaichi will remove them from the feed for a user's account, but nodes on the IPFS network may retain copies of the data indefinitely and data aggregated into Filecoin or Arweave will persist for the duration of the relevant storage deals.
General
Kaichi may update the Terms from time to time. When we update our Terms, we will update the “Last Modified” date associated with the updated Terms. Your continued use of our Services confirms your acceptance of our updated Terms and supersedes any prior Terms. Our Terms cover the entire agreement between you and Kaichi regarding our Services. If you do not agree with our Terms, you should stop using our Services.
If we fail to enforce any of our Terms, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce them. If any provision of the Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from our Terms and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions. Privacy Policy
Information we collect
We collect information from you when you register on our site. This information includes:
Your username and Solana address;
Your email address is optional and is only used for news and updates about Kaichi; We cannot help you recover your account with it and you must not loose your seed phrase.
Usage information, such as information about how you interact with us, and it is anonymous;
Additional technical information is stored on our servers, including randomly generated authentication tokens, keys, push tokens, and other material that is necessary to establish calls and transmit messages. Kaichi limits this additional technical information to the minimum required to operate the Services.
Managing your information. You can manage your personal information in Kaichi's application Settings. For example, you can update your profile information or choose to enable additional privacy features like a usage Lock PIN.
How we use your information
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
